 Esther Krause

Managing Director, Senior Piano Tutor

 Esther Krause is the owner, managing director and a senior tutor of Inspirations 2 Music Studios. Esther opened her music studio in 2004 to fulfil a need for quality piano classes in Upper North Shore and surrounding areas in Sydney.

  Esther is a graduate of the Tchaikovsky Simferopol Music College (Honors) and Donetsk State S.S. Prokofiev Conservatory under the mentorship of prominent Ukrainian performers Prof. Michail Legotsky (class Prof Topilin) and A/ Prof. Natalia Chesnokova. 

 From the age of 6 years old Esther has been studying and actively involved in piano performances and competitions, choir, dancing and in later years performing, acting and teaching. She holds Bachelor Degree in chamber music performance, accompaniment, and pedagogy at Donetsk State S.S. Prokofiev Conservatory, Donetsk, Ukraine majoring in Piano. 

 Esther has extensive experience in teaching piano, theory, basics of improvisation, and solfeggio help her to create individually balanced programs for her students, based on contemporary technology within the scope of current AMEB and TRINITY examinations frameworks. Her students are receiving high marks in music examinations and regular participants in student concerts.  Her classes provide an opportunity to explore, have fun and learn about the world through the prism of music.        

 By being a proactive and motivated educator,  Esther is consistently expanding her knowledge and seeking new teaching methods based on the latest scientific and pedagogical research. That led her to join the Kindermusik program, that specializes in teaching music to infants and preschoolers and received her certification in 2015. In 2017, 2018 and 2019 she has passed accreditation in Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 in ANCOS Orff Professional Study and Practical Training for music teachers. Currently, Esther is doing her Masters of Teaching (Secondary Music) at the University of New England.

 Esther is a true believer in a musical adventure that, when started early, will inspire a lifetime of learning and musical appreciation.
